InnoPraxis International Ltd. is a Finnish based consulting company operating on global markets.

Our mission is to help our clients to create an effective innovation models that are in demand by the local market and competitive on international level.

We offer advisory and implementation support for the development and management of the innovation systems and the innovation infrastructures. We help our clients to create the innovation models which facilitate growth and prosper of the innovative companies and promote the innovations in all industries and sectors.

Our know-how is based on practical experience of science & technology park (STP) management, regional development and deep understanding of the Finnish innovation system. We combine conclusions from the experience of Finland and Finnish organizations with benchmark from other countries and international experience.

Our clients are often public organizations, responsible for the innovation development and top managers of technoparks and business incubators.

We work as part of the client’s team, training local managers and sharing our practical experience with them. We are targeting long-term cooperation with our clients and we are interested in the success of their projects.

Our international activities at the moment cover European, including Russia, and some Asian countries. In the future we aim to operate worldwide.

The founders of the company are Mervi Käki and Julia Roelofsen. The company has been started in response to the demand for Finnish best practices and as spin-off from the biggest STP network in Europe, Technopolis Plc.

Mervi Kaki has been working at Technopolis Plc in challenging tasks as a vice-president over seven years. First five years she was a director of business operation in Capital Region starting a green-field STP project and merging other STPs into Technopolis Group. Her duties also included building the regional development and the regional marketing programs. Last two years she was working as a senior consultant at Technopolis Consulting unit collecting valuable experience on other STP around the world. Before Technopolis Mervi held responsible positions in several companies.

Julia Roelofsen has almost five years of experience in the field, mainly inside Technopolis, working in the areas of cross-border collaboration, marketing and internationalization of the STP and business incubator. She also has international experience from the consulting projects in Botswana, Poland, Russia and other countries.

We locate in Technopolis Innopoli STP in the Otaniemi Technology Hub area in Greater Helsinki Region.
